Job summary

Viceroy Hotels & Resorts seeks a Restaurant General Manager for The Observatory Sun Valley, A Viceroy Resort, opening leadership. You will oversee all F&B outlets, set luxury standards, and drive financial performance with a hands-on leadership style.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in luxury F&B, multi-outlet experience, and strong skills in operations, guest service, and staff development. Flex scheduling and pre-opening expertise are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive food & beverage leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple outlets is strongly preferred.
• Luxury or Forbes-level hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food & beverage outlets with high service standards.
• Lead and maintain luxury-level service with personalization and attention to detail.
• Coordinate between front and back of house in partnership with Culinary leadership.
• Monitor outlet performance, cleanliness, ambiance, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Support private events, seasonal activations, and resort programming.
