Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant, hotel, resort, or food & beverage environments is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced luxury setting.
Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverage orders quickly, accurately, and professionally throughout the resort.
Support restaurant, lounge, pool, banquet, café, and In-Room Dining operations as needed.
Ensure all items are presented to resort standards before delivery.
Assist with In-Room Dining operations including delivery and setup.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
Communicate effectively with culinary, stewarding, and service teams to ensure smooth service.
