Qualifications

• Retail management experience, preferably luxury.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store sales and operations to meet weekly and monthly objectives.
• Recruit, onboard and develop qualified talent for a luxury environment.
• Coach associates with motivating, timely feedback.
• Staff the store to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide recognition to high performers.
• Maintain brand standards of presentation and operations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans.
• Maintain accurate product inventory.
• Drive participation in monthly training courses.
• Manage employee relations, including time/attendance and performance concerns.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to lifestyle and prescription.
• Move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds; stay stationary as needed.
