Job summary

Luxottica’s Oliver Peoples brand is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting client relationships, and meet sales targets. You will develop in‑depth product knowledge, stay current on eyewear trends, and provide personalized recommendations both in-store and online.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of retail experience, excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to upsell and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Team-oriented and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand, warranties and features.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Provide omnichannel support across platforms (online and in-store).
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
