Oliver Peoples, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Licensed Store Manager in Boston, MA to lead the sales floor, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive KPIs while merchandising to brand standards.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop a luxury retail team, maintain inventory accuracy, coach staff, and ensure brand presentation. Experience in luxury retail and an active optical dispensing license are required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Holds an active state optical dispensing license.
• Retail management experience, preferably within a luxury selling environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

• Demonstrates accuracy in taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear, and execution of all details.
• Ensures all prescription eyewear is accurate and completed to our brand standards.
• Ability to move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds around the store for various needs.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for duration of shift.

JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Licensed Store Manager is responsible for leading their team on the sales floor, delivering a positive customer experience, meeting sales key performance indicators (KPIs), and merchandising the store to meet brand standards. Additionally, the Store Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing their team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Holds an active state optical dispensing license
• Retail management experience, preferably within a luxury selling environment.

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay Range:32.57 -56.39

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
