Job summary

Southworth Clubs in Charleston, SC seeks an Experience Planning Agent to coordinate personalized stays for Members, Guests, and Sales Prospects. This pivotal role serves as the hub for bookings and itineraries, working closely with Hospitality and Homeowner Services to deliver luxury, seamless experiences.

The position requires expert itinerary planning, superior interpersonal skills, and strong organizational ability to manage multiple guest journeys while collaborating across Sales,

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or experience planning as the core qualification.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and guest journeys concurrently.
• Proficiency navigating HRIS/LMS and related systems to support team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate booking inquiries and bookings across all guest types and entry points.
• Collaborate with Homeowner Ambassador to secure accommodations within Rental Pool Agreement framework.
• Manage full booking lifecycle from inquiry to itinerary execution and departure coordination.
• Direct pre-arrival concierge services including transport, dining, spa, golf and activities.
• Design and maintain bespoke itineraries reflecting luxury standards and personalization.
• Coordinate with Sales to align prospect engagement with itinerary planning.
• Provide post-stay handoff back to Sales for follow-up and ongoing relationships.
• Refine tools, SOPs, and interdepartmental communications for consistency.
