• Conduct weekly meetings with the property manager for improvements.
• Manage team schedules and oversee weekly payroll.
• Hold monthly staff meetings and one-on-one performance reviews.
• Develop and implement new SOPs to improve operations.
• Foster a positive work culture and enforce standards.
• Participate in monthly director calls and adapt to property needs.
