Curated Events is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support inventory accuracy and equipment optimization across multiple warehouse locations in Apex, NC. You will work closely with Inventory Management, Operations, Warehouse, and Sales to ensure inventory availability aligns with event needs and growth goals.

The role emphasizes maintaining ERP records, documenting changes, and supporting loss prevention while collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in inventory, logistics, warehouse, or rental operations preferred.
• Experience working with inventory or ERP systems strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records in the ERP system and ensure consistency across locations.
• Document inventory additions, modifications, transfers, loss, breakage, and adjustments.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate inventory transfers, sub-rentals, and purchases with the Inventory Manager.
• Forecast inventory needs for upcoming events and peak operational periods.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, and Sales teams.
