Job summary

Our Customer in Auburn, MA is seeking a part-time Event and Inventory Coordinator to support event planning, inventory tracking, and shipment coordination. The role requires daily interaction with Marketing, Sales and Logistics teams, and collaboration with the Conventions team.

The position involves SAP data maintenance, inventory planning for events, and ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy of event-related processes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events and inventory for corporate programs.
• Strong cross-functional communication with Marketing, Sales and Logistics.
• Ability to manage process from event request through ICS approval and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation of events and each step in the process, including shipment and return of event items.
• Maintain SAP records for event tracking throughout the process.
• Monitor inventory availability and confirm with event owners.
• Manage overall order and inventory planning for each event to achieve high fill rates.
• Collaborate with Convention team and warehouse to coordinate shipments and inventory levels.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports and provide turnaround on issues per SLA.
