Curated Events in Apex, NC seeks an Inventory Coordinator to ensure accurate inventory records, optimize equipment flow, and support multi-location operations. You will partner with Inventory, Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, and Sales to align available assets with event needs and company growth.

The role requires hands-on experience with ERP systems, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience with inventory or rental operations preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience working with ERP systems for inventory control.

Mansioni

Maintain inventory records in the ERP system to ensure consistency across locations.
Document inventory additions, transfers, losses, breakage, and adjustments.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
Coordinate inventory flow between warehouse locations for timely movements.
Support inventory audits, reporting, and optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with management on loss prevention and control processes.
Review daily overbooking reports and identify shortages and resolutions.
Coordinate sub-rentals, transfers, and purchases with Inventory Manager.
Forecast inventory needs for upcoming events and peak periods.
