Responsibilities include anticipating needs, assisting on-site with last-minute requests, inspecting rooms, coordinating with management, and communicating program changes across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of hospitality experience required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate needs and resolve them quickly while maintaining professionalism.
• Assist clients on-site with last-minute requests and on-time responses.
• Inspect function rooms prior to start to ensure Banquet Event Orders are followed.
• Maintain Conference Center cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
• Coordinate with Banquet Management each morning on goals and challenges.
• Communicate changes to the program with Culinary, Events, and other departments.
• Attend all relevant department and pre-conference meetings.
• Create function room signs as needed and advise Engineering on temperature controls.
