Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and manage team members.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and maintain service and sanitation standards.
• Assist servers/hosts on the floor during peak meal periods and training sessions.
• Oversee purchasing, invoices, payroll, and budgeting for F&B operations.
• Recruit, interview, coach, and develop Associates; conduct performance reviews.
