Job summary

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in a hotel or fine dining.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Takes care of daily food preparation and duties to meet outlet standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks with kitchen leaders.
• Estimate daily production needs and ensure food quality.
• Ensure food production and presentation meet highest quality.
• Maintain guest satisfaction, quality, and control costs.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and correct use of equipment.
• Assist with training of colleagues.
• Monitor staff performance and address concerns.
