Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Delivery Associate to manage customer vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless experience from readiness to feature walkthroughs. You will tailor the delivery to each customer, whether at a delivery center, virtually, or offsite, while documenting activities in Salesforce.

The role requires 2–5 years in customer-facing roles, excellent communication, and a proactive approach in a luxury retail or hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer-facing professional experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to relentlessly prioritize and problem solve.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of deliveries with Sales Specialist to align on readiness.
• Conduct pre-delivery conversations to confirm delivery details and set expectations.
• Guide customers through key features of the Lucid vehicle at delivery center, virtually, or offsite.
• Conduct post-delivery conversations to address questions after delivery day.
• Schedule grounding for lease-end vehicles and coordinate timely returns.
• Represent Lucid to highlight technology, design and quality advantages in purchasing decisions.
• Document essential details in Salesforce (inbound/outbound activity, delivery specs).
• Ensure vehicle readiness and complete required paperwork for delivery or lease returns.
• Coordinate final mile transportation as needed with customers and carrier.
