Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming watch shipments.
• Verify incoming merchandise against purchase and inventory records.
• Photograph and document watches upon arrival.
• Update inventory records and product information.
• Assist with adding and updating watches for sale on the website.
• Maintain accurate product details, reference numbers, pricing, and availability.
• Prepare customer and dealer orders for shipment.
• Package high-value watches according to company procedures.
• Create and verify FedEx shipping labels.
• Track outgoing shipments and confirm delivery.
• Maintain shipping materials and office supplies.
• Keep office inventory areas and workstations organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Handle routine customer order updates and administrative tasks.
