Responsibilities

• Manage the daily intake and outtake of watches and other high-value products.
• Inspect incoming packages and ensure each item is properly received, documented, photographed, and entered into our system.
• Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and pickups with clients, dealers, and business partners.
• Maintain accurate tracking information and provide timely shipping updates.
• Confirm that all required documentation, accessories, and certificates are included with each shipment.
• Coordinate internally with our sales, inventory, authentication, and service teams.
• Monitor shipments through delivery and quickly address delays or other issues.
• Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and packaging areas.
• Help improve logistics procedures as the company grows.
