Job summary

Investment Watches seeks a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage online product listings across our website, marketplaces, and auction platforms. The role includes preparing and editing product photos, researching watch information, writing descriptions, publishing listings, and handling inquiries.

You will assist with consignments and provide sales and after-sales administrative support while coordinating with the showroom team in Austin to ensure accurate, current listings

Qualifications

• Comfortable using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Basic photo-editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple listings, questions, and follow-ups simultaneously.

• Willingness to learn luxury-watch brands, references, specifications, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product listings on Shopify, marketplaces, and auction platforms.
• Select, organize, crop, resize, and perform basic edits to product photos.
• Research and enter accurate watch specifications, condition, pricing, and included accessories.
• Write clear and professional product descriptions.
• Ensure listings remain accurate, current, and consistent across all platforms.
• Respond to online product questions and route qualified leads to the sales team.
• Assist with consignment agreements, records, documentation, and follow-up.
• Support clients with after-sales questions regarding shipping, warranties, service, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate information across sales, inventory, and e-commerce systems.
• Coordinate with the sales, inventory, logistics, authentication, service, and creative teams.
