We are expanding our online retail business and are looking for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day operations.
This is an opportunity to learn the operational side of the luxury watch business and take on increasing responsibility as the company grows.
The E-Commerce & Operations Assistant will help manage the physical and administrative flow of inventory, from receiving and documenting watches to preparing and shipping customer orders.
This role is well suited to someone who takes pride in being organized, enjoys detailed processes, and can be trusted to handle high-value merchandise with care and discretion.
Luxury watch experience is not required. We are looking for someone who demonstrates sound judgment, reliability, and responsibility, is comfortable with technology, and is eager to learn.
Previous experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful, but not required:

$60,000–$72,000 annually, depending on experience.
Full-time, in-person position in Orange County, California.
Responsibilities are performed during normal business hours.
