Richemont North America, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Analyst in New York to optimize the end-to-end online order journey within a luxury retail environment. You will build reports, monitor analytics, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

You will own weekly reporting, oversee QA during deployments, and help enhance client experience through analytics-driven improvements. This role is hybrid and based in New York with collaboration across E-Commerce and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in ecommerce, digital operations, analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Experience with or strong aptitude for learning Looker and GA4.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project/issue tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Excel and Looker to track KPIs across the order lifecycle.
• Leverage GA4 to monitor site performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting cycles with clear trends, anomalies, and actions.
• Monitor backend platforms (SFCC, Fluent OMS, SAP) for bugs and performance issues.
• Lead QA processes during deployments and site enhancements.
• Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to resolve blockers.
