Exemplar Luxury Group is expanding its e-commerce team in New York to drive growth across assigned product categories. The E-commerce Category Specialist will optimize product presentation, manage information accuracy, and collaborate with merchandising, buying, and digital teams to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.

The role requires strong analytics, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of ecommerce best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of category management experience, preferably in ecommerce.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, functionalities, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and drive online category strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
• Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams on assortment and productivity.
• Maintain intuitive product categorization, navigation, and filtering on the site.
• Ensure product information accuracy across all online touchpoints and optimize UX.
• Analyze performance metrics (sales, conversion, AOV, traffic) and report insights.
• Monitor competitors and adjust online strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with digital experience teams to implement site enhancements and resolve issues.
• Synthesize data and present actionable recommendations for strategy.
