Exemplar Luxury Group, the luxury collective behind Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus, seeks a Manager, Cross Category eCommerce to lead the global site merchandising vision, optimize conversion, and elevate the end-to-end customer journey across devices.

You will mentor two digital specialists, partner with Category Growth, Product Management, Creative, Marketing, and Leadership, and implement A/B testing and product recommendations to drive sustainable top-line revenue.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in ecommerce or digital merchandising.
• Proven track record driving online sales and KPIs.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision making.
• Understanding of ecommerce UX and customer behavior.
• Excellent leadership and team management.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Knowledge of SEO for product discovery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global site merchandising strategy.
• Directly manage two digital specialists.
• Architect end-to-end promotional content and navigation.
• Audit live site search, PLP performance, and navigation.
• Own end-to-end digital conversion funnel and run A/B tests.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and technology teams on enhancements.
• Implement and optimize product recommendations.
• Analyze data using Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker and present findings.
• Report merchandising performance to leadership.
• Stay updated on ecommerce trends and best practices.
