Job summary

Saks Global, a premier luxury retailer, seeks an E-commerce Category Specialist to drive online performance for its brand portfolio. You will optimize product presentation, manage information accuracy, and analyze metrics to grow sales and profitability.

Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and digital teams to implement brand-specific strategies, improve navigation, and address site issues while delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of category management experience in ecommerce.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, functionalities, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the manager to implement brand-specific e-commerce strategies aligned with online sales targets.
• Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to influence product assortment and productivity.
• Ensure merchandising is aligned with best practices and executed to provide intuitive navigation, product array, and linking strategy.
• Maintain accurate product information across all online touchpoints and coordinate with ISU on changes.
• Track, analyze, and report on key category performance metrics (sales, conversion, AOV, traffic).
