Job summary

The Polo Room Palm Beach in Florida is seeking a dedicated Facilitator to join the front-of-house team. You will help ensure a polished dining environment, oversee service stations, manage essential supplies, and assist with indoor and outdoor setup to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or fine-dining experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness and organization.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room for service with cleanliness, table setup, and an organized floor plan.
• Set up and maintain all service stations, stocked with linens, silverware, glassware, and service tools.
• Assist with outdoor dining areas and ensure furniture and equipment are clean and ready.
• Monitor and replenish restaurant supplies throughout the shift: glassware, silverware, linens, beverages, station materials.
• Maintain storage areas and assist in receiving and stocking linen and service goods.
• Complete inventory checklists and communicate needs to management.
• Check service stations regularly to ensure stocked and organized.
• Assist with polishing and preparing glassware and silverware as needed.
• Support servers by ensuring tools and materials are available and in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas, service stations, and the dining room.
• Conduct restroom checks and notify management if cleaning is needed.
• Help clean and reset outdoor spaces and equipment at the end of service.
• Restock, clean, and reorganize service stations and tools at shift end.
• Assist with end-of-day cleaning tasks and closing checklists; relay supply needs to the MOD.
• Participate in weekly deep-cleaning tasks for various service stations and storage areas.
