Job summary

Talk of the Town Restaurants in Kissimmee, FL, seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee servers and host/hostess, delivering 5-star service and ensuring smooth operation of the dining room and hostess podium. You will train staff on fine dining guidelines, manage reservations, monitor uniform compliance, and support events.

Qualifications

• Two years of fine dining experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with a professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of dining room servers and host/hostess.
• Train new team members on fine dining guidelines and etiquette.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper opening/closing of the host stand.
• Ensure team attire/uniform compliance.
• Assign servers to reservation floor plan.
• Attend pre-meal meetings and assist during dinner service.
• Make reservations by phone and in person; answer calls promptly.
• Set up for special events; perform other duties as assigned.
