Requirements include 2+ years of bartending in upscale environments, Micros POS knowledge, impeccable guest service, and ability to stand 8+ hours with lifting up to 50 lbs. US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in luxury hotel or upscale bar.
• Working knowledge of Micros POS is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Guest-focused with ability to handle high-volume outdoor service.
• Must stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• English fluency required; U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks, and maintain wine list and recipes.
• Provide quick, efficient beverage service following recipes and laws.
• Confirm guest orders with Servers and ensure accuracy.
• Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Assist in drink development, promotions, inventory and logs for voids/spillage.
• Follow bar P&Ps and daily checklists.
• Greet guests promptly with eye contact and a smile.
