Job summary

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is hiring a Director of Sales to lead the sales program for luxury developments along Florida’s East Coast. The Director will onboard and manage sales agents, oversee CRM, and drive the contract signing to closing process, reporting to the EVP of New Development Sales.

The role requires strong leadership, Florida Real Estate license, and a track record in new development sales.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate license required.
• Proven leadership and sales results in new development.
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performance sales team.
• Oversee CRM, sales reports, and marketing coordination.
• Drive revenue growth for luxury construction projects.
• Guide the sale process from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with internal departments on inventory and pricing.
• Represent the company at industry events.
