Job summary

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Manager for the Development Division in South Florida. You will independently manage a portfolio of luxury new-development accounts and guide junior team members, while collaborating with the VP of Marketing to translate strategy into multi-channel campaigns.

The role requires hands-on experience in Miami/South Florida new-development marketing, strong project leadership, and the ability to manage developers, sales teams,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with strong experience in luxury residential real estate and new-development marketing.
• Prior experience marketing new developments in Miami/South Florida required.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously.
• Mentoring and overseeing junior team members is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day marketing needs of a portfolio of luxury new-development projects.
• Serve as primary marketing contact for developers and project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project marketing calendars, timelines and trackers.
• Coordinate meetings with developers, sales teams, agencies and vendors.
• Oversee project guidance, timelines and deliverables across channels.
• Lead and mentor junior Marketing Managers and Coordinators.
