Job summary

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Miami seeks an experienced Marketing Director for the Development Division to lead a portfolio of 15+ luxury projects. You will shape strategy, coordinate with VP Marketing, and guide a team to deliver high-end marketing campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in luxury residential real estate development marketing, bilingual in English/Spanish, and a proven track record managing multiple projects, budgets and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience in luxury residential real estate and new-development marketing in Miami/South Florida.
• Experience launching and marketing new developments from strategy to execution.
• Branded residences and luxury hospitality brand experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Development Division marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing.
• Oversee day-to-day marketing execution for 15+ luxury developments—timelines, calendars, and deliverables.
• Develop and execute project-specific marketing plans; manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with developers, ownership groups, sales teams, agencies and vendors.
• Monitor campaigns and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
