7 For All Mankind is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our Livermore boutique. This full-time role partners with the Store Manager to uphold brand standards and execute company initiatives.

You will recruit and coach talent, manage daily operations, and ensure loss prevention and payroll processes align with company guidelines while maintaining a premium luxury service environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• At least 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.

• Contributes to the overall store success by ensuring store sales goals are met while also achieving individual sales goals.
• Assists Store Manager with day-to-day management of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales by styling and wardrobe recommendations based on customer needs.
• Represents the brand and ensures team members embody the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
• Communicates effectively with Store Manager regarding goals, skill development, and day-to-day operations.
• Assists with training, coaching, developing and motivating the team to achieve maximum sales productivity.
• Ensures store operations and policies are followed and enforced.
• Assists with recruiting top talent and retaining personnel contributing to sales growth.
• Manages payroll and scheduling within guidelines to ensure proper store coverage.
• Supports directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing and communicates deadlines.
• Ensures Loss Prevention policies and procedures are followed and assists with audits.
