7 For All Mankind in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while upholding brand standards and loss prevention practices.

This full-time position requires 3+ years in luxury retail with leadership experience, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to coaching.

Competenze

• 3+ years in luxury or specialty retail and/or customer service.
