Job summary

7 For All Mankind is seeking a Store Manager to lead a premium retail team in our California store, recruiting, coaching, and developing staff to drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining brand standards.

As the store leader, you will optimize staffing, manage scheduling, control expenses, and partner with district teams to execute merchandising, loss prevention, and store initiatives with integrity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership ability and drive for results.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Career-driven, proactive work ethic and high performance expectations.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to operate cash register following cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and coach top talent to support sales growth.
• Promote a store culture of coaching and feedback while meeting individual sales goals.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences through styling and engagement.
• Build business and client relationships through events and outreach.
• Oversee performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
• Collaborate with District Manager and People Operations to manage disciplinary actions when needed.
• Schedule store coverage and align with guidelines for business needs.
• Support Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing directives and deadlines.
• Represent the brand in all interactions and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Support loss prevention and participate in audits and inventories.
