7 For All Mankind is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support store leadership in delivering premium denim experiences. This role covers sales, customer service, recruiting, training, profits, and maintaining store standards, with the Store Manager guiding day-to-day operations.

The Sales Supervisor will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure a top‑notch customer experience while upholding company policies. Weekend and night shifts are required to meet store needs and company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail or customer service.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in coaching and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store success by meeting sales goals and individual targets.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales through styling.
• Sets example for customer engagement exceeding standards.
• Builds client relationships and drives sales via outreach.
• Assists with training, coaching, and motivating associates.
• Supports Store Manager in leading the team and enforcing policies.
• Manages payroll goals to ensure proper coverage within guidelines.
• Coordinates with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to meet deadlines.
• Communicates with Store Manager on employee relations and development goals.
• Upholds the brand through interactions with customers and peers.
• Assists with loss prevention and inventories.
