Job summary

7 For All Mankind is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time) to lead by example in a premium denim environment. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding brand standards.

You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, recruiting, scheduling, and training, and you will help implement company policies and initiatives to sustain growth and quality across the store.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• At least 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership ability and initiative.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store sales goals and individual targets.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations in their absence.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through styling and wardrobe recommendations.
• Build client relationships and generate store sales through outreach.
• Communicate goals and development updates with the Store Manager.
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating the team to maximize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruiting top talent and maintaining staffing levels.
• Support payroll and store scheduling within guidelines.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing to meet deadlines.
• Support loss prevention policies and assist with audits and inventories.
