Job summary

7 For All Mankind in Allen, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time) to lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, recruit and coach staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure brand standards across all interactions.

This role requires 4+ years in luxury retail with at least 2 years in management, strong leadership, communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
• Career-driven, strong work ethic and high performance standards
• High level of initiative/self-starter.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store success by ensuring sales goals are met and personal sales goals are achieved.
• Assists Store Manager with day-to-day management in absence of the Store Manager.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales by styling and wardrobing customers.
• Builds client relationships and drives store sales through client outreach.
• Communicates goals and updates with Store Manager.
• Assists with training, coaching, developing and motivating the team.
• Ensures store operations and policies are followed.
• Assists with recruiting top talent and managing payroll and store scheduling.
• Supports and executes directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing.
• Ensures Loss Prevention policies and procedures are followed.
