The ideal candidate has 4+ years in luxury retail sales with 2+ years in management, strong leadership, communication, and a proactive work ethic to meet ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• At least 2+ years of management experience.
• Proven leadership ability and track record of coaching teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; multitasking能力.
• Career-driven with high work ethic and performance standards.
• High initiative and self-starter attitude.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
