Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in luxury furniture or high-end retail.
• Ability to engage with customers, identify needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Organized, strategic and results-oriented with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google Apps.
