Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a direct-to-consumer sales professional to cultivate relationships and drive bookings for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. You will develop rapport, identify needs, and present premium cruise options to affluent travelers.

Responsibilities include initiating calls, leveraging Regent Live and SF Campaigns, and delivering exceptional service to close sales and hit revenue targets. A bachelor's degree is preferred and cruise knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience; cruise sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with global luxurious travel destinations preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating calls.
• Use Regent Live and SF Campaigns to act on leads and/ or prospects to identify travel needs, present and/or explain RSSC cruise products, and make travel recommendations.
• Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, and identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations.
• This includes meeting customer retention goals and following up with consumers, as necessary, in order to close sales and meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers.
