The role requires legal US work authorization, Hawaii TB clearance, and ServSafe/food-handling credentials. Must be able to stand long shifts, lift up to 70 lbs, and have knife skills for multi-tasking in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
• Hawaii State Department of Health TB clearance is required.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card and ServSafe are required for this role.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and push/pull as needed.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• The Cook II prepares menu items to guest specifications while supporting daily kitchen operations.
• Complete mise en place and set up assigned workstation for service periods as scheduled.
• Independently manage assigned kitchen station and assist Cook I as needed.
• Prepare items in advance to align with forecasted needs and prevent overproduction.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Monitor temperatures and store food according to safety policies.
• Support inventory accuracy and assist in controlling food costs.
