Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States
• Hawaii TB clearance card required by Hawaii Department of Health
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card and ServSafe required
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and push/pull as needed
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items to guest specifications while maintaining quality
• Complete mise en place and set up workstation for service periods
• Independently manage assigned kitchen station and support Cook I as needed
• Prepare items in advance to align with forecasted needs
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment and maintain proper temperatures
• Monitor par levels and assist in controlling food costs
