Job summary

G&E Partners in South Florida seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a landmark luxury high-rise residential project. You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, RFIs and submittals, and coordinate closely with superintendents, architects, subcontractors and ownership teams.

Qualifications

Experience as Project Manager with a reputable General Contractor.
Strong background in high-rise luxury condominium or large-scale multifamily construction.
Experience managing complex, multimillion-dollar construction projects.
Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling and subcontractor management.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
Collaborate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects and ownership teams.
Monitor project progress, quality standards and financial performance.
Identify and resolve project challenges to ensure successful delivery.
