Job summary

The Post Oak Hotel in Houston seeks a Senior Conference Services Manager to lead planning and execution of high-end meetings within a Forbes Five-Star property. You will coordinate budgets, menus, agendas, and communications, acting as the primary liaison between clients and hotel operations to ensure flawless service and brand integrity.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in hotel events, exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and a track record of luxury event success.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hotel-related experience or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong events experience.
• Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute exceptional meetings in a luxury hotel setting.
• Serve as primary liaison between client and hotel operations.
• Ensure programs are financially sound and reflect brand standards and service philosophy.
• Develop menus, agendas, and issue BEOs; liaise with outside vendors.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and lead best-practice improvements.
