Job summary

The Conference Center Manager at Rapport will lead evening operations and be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and successful execution of conference center services, meetings, and events within the Client Center. This role oversees end-to-end planning and delivery of high-profile meetings with a hospitality team delivering a refined client and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience managing complex meetings, events, hospitality operations, or conference center services.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing and developing hospitality, conference services, workplace experience, or event operations teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-service skills.
