Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within the unit, reporting to the Unit Manager.

The role requires 2-4 years of hotel maintenance management experience, strong HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing knowledge, and the ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors. This on-site position supports hotel operations and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or Trade School certification preferred.
• 2-4 years of hotel maintenance management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing; pool maintenance certification.
• MS Outlook proficiency; ability to coordinate with staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from Unit Manager and manage maintenance operations.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct maintenance staff.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings and equipment; repair malfunctions.
• Make major repairs to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing systems as needed.
• Respond to emergencies; secure facilities and protect occupants.
• Coordinate with contractors for HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical work.
• Ensure adequate inventory and secure supplies for maintenance activities.
• Maintain safe facility environment and report safety issues to management.
