Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations within assigned areas of the condominium property.
• Directly supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, Event Coordinator, Office Administrator, and Landscaping.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, understanding preferences and needs.
• Communicate resident needs to staff to ensure personalized service.
• Serve as primary point of contact for residents' questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Coordinate access, scheduling, and vendor interactions; ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor service quality and establish expectations for appearance and responsiveness.
• Work with Managing Director to resolve issues and maintain continuity of service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community environment.
• Assist with resident events; coordinate staffing and setup with departments.
• Keep Front Desk and access-control procedures aligned with resident expectations.
