Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead unit-wide maintenance activities, supervise staff, and ensure reliable operation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

You will coordinate repairs, safety practices, and contractor work while maintaining equipment inventories and responding to emergencies. The role requires 2–4 years in hotel maintenance management, strong technical knowledge, and solid customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; further certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of hotel maintenance management experience.
• Strong HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing knowledge.
• MS Outlook proficiency and basic office skills.
• Able to interact with a wide variety of people and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and schedule duties per unit plan.
• Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff.
• Inspect buildings and equipment; repair malfunctions as needed.
• Perform major repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Respond to emergencies; ensure safety and security compliance.
• Lock, secure, and monitor facilities and security systems.
• Coordinate with HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical contractors as needed.
• Maintain inventory and safety compliance; report incidents.
