Job summary

Caymas Owners Association in Naples, FL seeks a Building Maintenance Manager to oversee facility operations and ensure reliable performance of all building systems.

Responsibilities include routine inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems; preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, and working with the Maintenance Manager to address issues. High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience; a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.
• Driver's License may be required; other mechanical/equipment licenses (Boiler, HVAC) may be applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine lodging inspections, including inspecting air conditioning equipment, furnace systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, wear and tear, windows, doors, locks and smoke detectors.
• Conducts routine building inspections, including inspecting flooring, window coverings, walls, ceilings, vents, electrical and plumbing fixtures.
• Performs preventative maintenance inspections on equipment and systems such as HVAC, pools, appliances, and general facility equipment.
• Performs regular scheduled maintenance tasks; evaluates requests, resources, repairs, and communicates completion to colleagues.
• Responds to unscheduled maintenance requests; assesses issues and identifies resources to resolve problems.
