Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hotel maintenance management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing; Pool maintenance cert.
• Proficient with MS Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from Unit Manager and manage maintenance operations.
• Assist in budgeting related to maintenance procedures.
• Schedule, supervise, and perform unit maintenance tasks.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and direct maintenance staff.
• Inspect buildings and equipment; repair malfunctions.
• Make major repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration.
• Respond to emergencies; ensure safety and security requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors for HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical.
• Ensure adequate inventory and security of supplies.
• Maintain safe facility environment and report safety issues.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, vendors.
