Job summary

Tb-Isle-Resort-Lp in Florida is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to greet arriving and departing guests and ensure exceptional service. You will inform guests about amenities, hours of operation, and local activities, while providing luggage assistance and coordinating ground transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience at a major hotel preferred.
• Previous Guest Relations and Front Office experience in a hotel required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Strong listening, clarifying, and responding to guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Courteously open doors and assist guests arriving and departing.
• Inform guests of amenities, services, hours, and local areas of interest.
• Provide luggage assistance and assist with transportation arrangements.
• Coordinate transportation options (taxi, shuttle, limo) for guests.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and resort data.
• Support concierge, VIP services, baggage, parking, and other duties as needed.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required by management.
