You will handle mail orders, deliveries, and communications with sales and VIP teams, while upholding in-store standards and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience in luxury setting (1+ years).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process mail orders and approvals and keep relevant teams informed.
• Log all incoming deliveries and keep recipients informed.
• Administer and control the cost of couriers, shipping, alterations, and dry cleaning.
• Communicate with sales staff and VIP department to support their customer interactions.
• Answer incoming calls and take messages; handle customer phone enquiries.
• Update the events calendar with product launches and merchandise drops; keep the team informed.
• Assist Concierge Supervisor with stationery orders.
