Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a passionate Concierge to join our luxury retail team in Los Angeles. You will be the first point of contact for clients, building genuine relationships and guiding them to the right departments while maintaining an exceptional client experience.

You will support coordinating client appointments and in-store events, collaborate with the Client Experience team, and help uphold the brand promise with courtesy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Ability to build genuine relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Excellent communication with high degree of courtesy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients and determine their needs, directing them to appropriate departments.
• Be the client’s first contact in-store, setting the tone for their experience and greeting with courtesy.
• Coordinate with Client Experience and store teams to maintain daily client appointments and in-store events, and support calendar management.
